due to reorganization of our global forwarding / logistics we would like to ask you to proceed as follows:

If you intend to deliver goods to Carl Zeiss AG or collect goods from Carl Zeiss AG you must first go to the following address:

Data on all truck movements is collected at the Carl Zeiss AG Reporting Center. Our Security Department at the Reporting Center will provide you with the papers you need and then authorize you top proceed to your final destination in the company.

Please note: if delivery papers / collection orders have not been recorded in the Carl Zeiss AG Reporting Center, drivers will not be able to collect or unload goods. If you should still attempt to go directly to the unloading/collection point, you will be asked to drive to the Reporting Center and collect the papers you need.

Transport companies which have agreed time windows (slots) may go directly to their loading or collection point within the company within this agreed time period.

There is adequate parking and maneuvering space for vehicles at the Carl Zeiss AG Reporting Center. If needed, drivers can also freshen up here and wait for their release times without disturbing traffic.

Please observe this important procedure. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us achieve an orderly traffic flow.

For the Air- and sea freight above 50 kg, please use our appointed freight forwarder

“Reference field 1” has to indicate our order number

In this connection we distinguish between the following criteria:

You are an existing UPS-customer
with an active UPS number
In this case please dispatch at the standard service up to 50 kg
You are not an existing UPS customer
In this case please dispatch at the standard saver-service up to 30 kg

Existing UPS customer

Non-existing UPS customer

Truck dispatch with DACHSER forwarding company

With the pick up order form you will be able to advise all Carl Zeiss shipments directly to the DACHSER branch which is in charge of your company/area by e-mail or fax.

Please note: Shipments which are advised at day A will be picked up at day B and arrive usually at day C, at the latest at day D (Monday to Friday, except public holiday)
