Medellin, Colombia, was the first South American city to have a computer-controlled planetarium. The then new generation of SPACEMASTER RFP-DP 2 offered a level of operating convenience unmatched by any other projection planetarium at the time.
Most of the visitors who come to the Medellin Planetarium and the associated observatory to get familiarized with the secrets of the universe are pupils. |
